The war in our country does not leave anyone indifferent. Our foundation is very grateful to the children from Germany who made handmade products and sold them during school breaks. The children transferred the withdrawn funds in the amount of 310 euros to our brotherhood. With the money received, we bought goodies and personal hygiene products for the children and were able to implement another trip to the villages of Budy, Yagidne and Krasne in the Chernihiv region.
There are a lot of elderly people and children in these communities, they have already become like family to us, so we visit them not for the first time. The inhabitants of the villages were waiting for our arrival, they all gathered together at the agreed place. While distributing packages with provisions and talking with people, we learned about the inactivity of the local authorities and heard many stories about the events of the occupation periods. During our last visit to the village of Yagidne, we were asked to stop by the village of Krasne, which we planned and did this time.
When we arrived in the village of Krasne, the inhabitants of the village were mostly surprised, and sometimes shocked. While we were waiting for the people to gather, we were told that for some reason the volunteers were bypassing their village, so our visit was a complete surprise for them. We distributed food, social packages and necessary things to people. But, the most important thing is that we gave them faith and hope that there will always be people ready to help.
